I asked to be placed with a facility that had a lot of overtime available so I could get ready for the holiday season. My recruiter placed me at the perfect location. The facility is more on the difficult side but I’m able to do 7-10 shifts a week and I am very happy that I only have to work at 1 facility to get those hours. Some other agencies tried making me do orientation for 3 facilities which would’ve been ridiculous.
