Match nurses with shifts at client facilities and coordinate placements.
Send SMS, email, and phone communications about scheduling, assignments, and recruitment.
Process credentialing, onboarding, and payroll-related tasks.

3. SMS messaging

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Meridian by checking the SMS consent box on a Meridian form, by replying to a Meridian message, or by giving express consent in person or by phone. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of employment, placement, or any service.

Message types: recruiting outreach, scheduling, shift coordination, assignment confirmations, and operational notifications.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on engagement; up to several messages per week.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Rates: message and data rates may apply.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How we share information

Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share other information only as follows:

Client facilities: the facilities you are being considered for or assigned to, for placement and credentialing.
Service providers: vendors that help us deliver our services (SMS gateway, CRM, payroll, hosting), bound by confidentiality.
Legal: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
With your consent: in any other case where you have authorized us to share.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Healthcare information

Meridian follows applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA when it applies. Protected health information (PHI) is not transmitted by SMS. Do not send PHI by text message.

6. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and audit requirements.

7. Your rights

Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Submit privacy requests at our contact page; we respond within the timeframes required by law.
