MERIDIAN NURSE RECRUITERS is looking for LPN Licensed Practical Nurses to work at a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY. This Skilled Nursing Facility is a diamond in the rough. A, warm and welcoming Nonprofit Nursing Rehabilitation Center that can provide part time (3-4 shifts/week) and full-time (5-6 shifts/week) monthly schedules for experienced LPN Licensed Practical Nurses.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Administer Medications
• Wound Care
• Keep comprehensive medical records of all patient interactions.
• Make sure all equipment is sterilized and maintain clean working environment.
• Educate participants about health management concepts using evidence-based guidelines.

Employee Requirements

• I-9 Documentation
• Valid work authorization
• Two Written Letters of Recommendation
• NYS Nursing License & Registration
• Valid CPR Certification (American Heart Association is a plus)
• MMR Titer Results
• Valid TB Test
• Valid Physical
